But Scripture shows us that true transformation requires more than human effort.

What's needed is Divine Power

We need the Holy Spirit dwelling in us, teaching us to think rightly, helping us resist lies, and leading our minds into life and peace. Mind Fix Gym® is built on this truth.

The Mind Fix Gym Principle

Thoughts → Feelings → Actions
What you think affects what you feel.
What you feel influences what you do.
What you repeatedly do becomes a habit.
And your habits shape the direction of your life.
Jesus taught that evil actions come from within the mind. “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts...”
Matthew 15:19

That is why the mind must be trained, renewed, and surrendered to God.

The Problem & The Solution

Many People Are Fighting Feelings Without Examining Thoughts. You may feel anxious, angry, rejected, ashamed, tempted, or hopeless.

But beneath those feelings, there is often a thought.
For example: “I am not safe.” “Nobody loves me.” “God has forgotten me.” “I will never change.” “I need this sin to cope.” “They hurt me, so I cannot forgive.” “My life is hopeless.” “I am too broken.” “I must control everything.” “I am a failure.”

Our Biblical Training Method

Taking back control of your thoughts is essential for transforming your emotional health, relationships, work life, and lasting sense of peace and wellbeing.

START YOUR JOURNEY

Recognise. Test. Reject. Replace. Yield. Act.

Mind Fix Gym™ uses a simple seven-step process.

1. Identify the Thought
You cannot overcome what you refuse to recognise.
The first step is to pause and ask:
What am I thinking?
What emotion is this producing?
What action is this thought encouraging?

2. Discern the Source
Not every thought is from God.

Some thoughts come from demons.

Some thoughts come from the flesh.

The question is not simply, “Did I think it?”

The question is, “Does it agree with God's Word?”

3. Test it with Scripture
If a thought disagrees with God’s truth, do not entertain it, rehearse it, or obey it.

4. Reject What is Destructive

When a thought is sinful, false, tempting, accusatory, fearful, or destructive, it must be rejected..

5. Replace it with Truth
A lie must be replaced with truth.
For example:
Lie: I will never change.
Truth: God is able to transform me by His Spirit.
Lie: I am ruled by fear.
Truth: God has given me power, love, and a sound mind.
Lie: I need sin to cope.
Truth: Sin is not my master. I yield myself to God

6. Yield to the Holy Spirit
Right thinking requires surrender.

We must let the Spirit, not the flesh, govern the mind.

7. Take Godly Action
Thought renewal must lead to obedience.

Truth must lead to godly action.

A new thought should become a new response.

Our Key Scripture

“Letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace.”
Romans 8:6 NLT. This verse is at the heart of Mind Fix Gym™. It shows two possible directions for the mind:

  1. The mind controlled by the sinful nature
  2. The mind controlled by the Spirit

One leads to death.
The other leads to life and peace.

Mind Fix Gym™ exists to help people choose the way of the Spirit.

Why This Matters

Many people are exhausted because they are trying to manage emotions without renewing their thoughts.

They may pray for peace while continuing to rehearse fear.
They may ask God for healing while continuing to agree with shame.
They may desire freedom while continuing to yield their imagination to sin.
They may seek direction while leaning on their own understanding.

God invites us into a better way.
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
Proverbs 3:5–6

Spiritual Warfare and the Mind

The Bible teaches that our struggle is not only emotional or practical. There is also a spiritual battle.

The enemy seeks to influence, deceive, accuse, tempt, and destroy.

One of his main battlegrounds is the mind.

How the Enemy Attacks the Mind

The enemy may work through:

•  Accusation

•  Fear

•  Condemnation

•  Temptation

•  Confusion

•  Hopelessness

•  Lustful imagination

•  Bitterness

•  Rebellion

•  Distrust of God

•  Lies about identity

•  Lies about other people

•  Lies about God’s character

Ephesians 2:2 refers to the prince of the power of the air working in the children of disobedience.

The enemy seeks mental agreement because agreement gives influence.

•  A lie believed becomes a prison.

•  A lie rehearsed becomes a habit.

•  A lie obeyed becomes bondage.

But Jesus gives freedom.

Bible-Based Mind Training

Mind Fix Gym is not based on empty positivity. It is based on Scripture.

God’s Word reveals the truth about the mind, the heart, sin, temptation, spiritual warfare, and transformation.

Key Bible Truths

1. Thoughts Shape Life

“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.”

Proverbs 23:7

What we think deeply affects how we live.

2. Evil Actions Begin Within

“For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts...”

Matthew 15:19

Jesus taught that destructive behaviour begins in the inner life.

3. The Mind Can Be Governed by the Flesh or the Spirit

“Letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace.”

Romans 8:6 NLT

The mind must be surrendered to the Holy Spirit.

4. We Must Not Yield Ourselves to Sin

Romans 6 teaches us not to yield ourselves as instruments of unrighteousness, but to yield ourselves to God.

This includes our thoughts, imagination, desires, and decisions.

5. We Need the Mind of Christ

“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.”

Philippians 2:5

God wants our thinking to become Christlike.

6. God Gives a Sound Mind

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7

Fear does not have to rule the believer.

7. We Must Think on What Is True and Pure

Philippians 4:8 teaches us to meditate on what is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, commendable, excellent, and worthy of praise.

8. We Must Acknowledge God

Proverbs 3:5–6 teaches us not to lean on our own understanding, but to acknowledge God in all our ways.
